Mark Woolfenden is the Managing Director of Euromoney TRADEDATA, a division of Euromoney Global Limited. Euromoney TRADEDATA is the premier supplier of reference data for the futures and options market to investment banks and institutions worldwide, covering all listed products on the world’s derivatives exchanges. Core services include daily delivery of contract and symbology data files and provision of online interactive data services. Euromoney TRADEDATA has innovated data solutions that have enabled new business and for its clients and advanced the competitive dynamics of the industry.
Mark runs the division, represents the company at key industry forums and manages relations with clients and other industry participants including the vendor community. Mark has had extensive experience of providing complex and technical outsourced services to business within the deregulated UK energy markets, running a specialist contributed information exchange data business for global agricultural manufacturers and his current role involving worldwide futures, options and OTC cleared markets. Mark has wide experience in managing customer relationships and new product development and has also served on a number of industry panels and working groups, which have covered regulatory frameworks, technical issues and market enabling solutions.
Gregg has more than 20 years’ experience in reference data, operations and technology with the majority of those being spent in the listed derivatives space, with global responsibility for business development, primarily managing tier one sell side firms but also a wide portfolio of market participants including alliance partnerships.
Over a ten year period Gregg has built and headed the Xymbology business, on-boarding double digit vendors partners to the product suite which encompasses cross reference for market data, industry, ISV and regulatory reporting symbology. A well respected member of the global listed derivatives community he is widely recognised as a reference data and instrument symbology SME and often sought after for his views on and knowledge of the exchange traded derivatives market place.
Gregg has a track record of delivering innovative products that solve industry problems and assist market participants with the operational challenges they encounter every business day in an ever increasing regulatory environment.
Gregg holds a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from Birmingham University.
Simon first joined the group in August 1999 to work for Systematics-International after graduating in Computing from South Bank University, London. His first role was in the UNIX System and Database Administrator team.
In April 2005, Simon moved from his Database Administration and Web Developer role in the group’s marketing division to join Euromoney TRADEDATA as their IT Manager. He has been responsible for the development and delivery of the company’s data-management environment, infrastructure and product-suite through multiple platform and technology enhancements.
Simon’s current role is both strategic and hands-on, he is currently responsible for production and service delivery infrastructure and the development of next generation products – managing multi-discipline teams in the UK, USA and Eastern Europe.
Lorraine Barnes joined Euromoney TRADEDATA in June 2003 as Data Team Leader and was promoted in 2005 to her current role as Data Operations Manager. Lorraine is responsible for the global data teams and maintains and enhances the processes to ensure the quality of data provided.
Before joining Euromoney TRADEDATA Lorraine worked for 18 years in a variety of roles in the City gaining experience within the financial markets.
Lorraine has worked on many projects throughout her years at Euromoney TRADEDATA such as the implementation of a new internal data system, introduction of new data fields in line with new regulatory reporting mandates and initiated many new quality checks.
Rebecca Storrar has worked as a Marketing/Branding Manager in the business sector for over 15 years. She has worked on major re-branding projects, created and executed multi-channel marketing and communication strategies and delivered exhibitions and roadshows.
Rebecca has worked with channel partners across EMEIA and APAC delivering the necessary tools, training and resources for growth in the current and emerging regions and for the last 5 years worked in the education technology sector working with channel partners, regulators, school districts and schools globally to communicate the safe and collaborative use of technology in classrooms.
Rebecca joined Euromoney TRADEDATA as their Marketing Manager in December 2015.
